Security Risk Manager’s SRM-Portal now allows security managers to conduct evidence-based patrolling operations
SRM-Portal enables managers to assign and keep track of specific tasks at each checkpoint in a patrol
Security Risk introduced the updated SRM-Portal, allowing managers to assign specific tasks to their team at every checkpoint during a patrol to ensure that the areas are well covered. Guards and Responders can then use SRM-Sentry and SRM-Responder respectively to perform the tasks for the patrol.
Managers can now clearly indicate what needs to be done at the respective checkpoints such as taking an audio recording or photo of an item, indicating descriptions, scan a particular QR code or follow a checklist of tasks. They can then view the evidence to verify the patrols in a report format, making it easy for them to share that with their clients.
