They are also able to request emergency assistance from their Security Provider at the touch of a button.

Customers can report and share incidents such as robberies,
car accidents and lost items straight from their phone to instigate awareness and management.

Live Security Newsfeed

Incidents, important events & information is gathered from numerous sources, which can be viewed as a list or on a map. Users have access to live viewing as well as previous events.
Specific information can be accessed by users who are clients of security companies with regards to incidents occurring on their work sites.

Emergency Requests

Let security guards alert back-office users in real-time about any emergency on the post site by pressing the emergency button on the connect app. Users can be confident knowing that the people coming to help them have been properly trained and equipped.
